Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent (NQF Level 4, Standard 10, N3)
- Computer literacy (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
- DHIS/Tier certificate is an added advantage
Knowledge & Skills Required
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Planning and organizing abilities
- Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury regulations, Public Service Acts, Records Management Acts, PAIA, and National Core Standards
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Collect and receive data from wards and service points
- Capture patient files, PCR data, and complaints on Tier.net, webDHIS, and SAP HIS
- Perform data quality checks for completeness, consistency, and correctness
- Liaise with operational teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support the Performance Management and Development System (PMDS) processes
- Perform additional duties assigned by supervisors
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and public service regulations
