The Local Government Sector Education and Training Authority (LGSETA) is inviting motivated graduates to join its Graduate Internships Programme. This programme provides students and recent graduates with valuable workplace experience, allowing them to develop skills and gain exposure to the local government sector.
The LGSETA Graduate Internships Programme offers a 24-month structured internship where participants will gain practical experience, mentorship, and professional guidance.

Requirements
To qualify for this LGSETA Graduate Internships Programme, applicants must:
- Have a Matric certificate.
- Hold a 3 or 4-year degree or Advanced Diploma in the relevant field.
- Be computer literate (MS Office required; MS Project is a plus in some disciplines).
- Be a South African citizen under 25 years of age.
- Have no prior internship or professional experience in the chosen field of study.
- Possess strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Be willing to commit to a 24-month internship contract.
- Demonstrate organisational, interpersonal, and time management skills.
