Requirements
To qualify for the Admin Clerk and Bookkeeping Internships, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- No formal work experience required (experience will be an advantage)
- Must be able to commit to a 12-month internship programme
- Basic understanding of financial or administrative concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Must be a South African citizen or have a valid work permit
- Recently certified copy of ID and qualifications
- Willingness to work required hours, including Saturdays

- Assisting with capturing and reconciling stock takes
- Supporting payroll administration for staff
- Assisting with receiving and dispatch processes
- Placing orders and managing basic procurement tasks
- Providing general administrative support within the finance department
- Demonstrating willingness to learn new tasks and grow into additional roles
Important Notes
- A probation period of 1 to 3 months will apply
- The probation period is required for handover and skills transfer
- Performance during probation will determine suitability for the role
- Salary during the probation period will be to be advised (TBA)
- Internship contract is subject to employer discretion upon completion
