Requirements
To be considered for the Call Centre Learnerships, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4
- Matric completed between 2021 and 2025

Key Responsibilities

- Follow daily call lists and standard operating procedures
- Inform customers of accounts on hold
- Communicate order-related issues to relevant departments

- Offer new or additional products, including features and special offers
