Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- No prior work experience required
- Basic understanding of administrative duties

Skills Required
Candidates shortlisted for Administration Clerk Jobs must demonstrate the following knowledge and skills:
- Computer literacy, especially MS Excel
- Knowledge of government prescripts such as the Housing Act, Housing Code, and PFMA regulations
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders

Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates appointed to Administration Clerk Jobs will be responsible for:
- Providing general clerical and administrative support
- Receiving claims from regional offices
- Checking all required supporting documentation for completeness
- Registering claims on the claims register using Excel
- Compiling checklists for complete and accurate claims
- Maintaining proper record-keeping systems
- Ensuring compliance with departmental procedure
