Requirements
Applicants for Human Resource Clerk Jobs should meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 (NQF 4) certificate or equivalent
- National Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant NQF Level 6 qualification recognised by SAQA (added advantage)
- No experience required; exposure in HR or administrative work is an advantage
Knowledge:
- Legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Public Service Act and Public Service Regulations 2016
- Storage and retrieval procedures in administrative environment
- Batho Pele Principles
- PERSAL system knowledge (added advantage)
Skills:
- Verbal and written communication
- Administration, planning, and organizing
- Computer literacy
- Time management and basic numeracy
- Typing and interpersonal relations
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate for Human Resource Clerk Jobs will:
- Render administration services for recruitment, selection, and appointment processes
- Provide support to the Conditions of Service
- Deliver administrative support services
- Provide support to HR records management
