Requirements

To qualify for the Junior Learnerships, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  • Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 6 or 7) in Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field
  • Clear credit record
  • Clear criminal record

Education Requirement

  • GET Certificate: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)

Skills Required
