Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates appointed for the Personal Trainer Jobs will be responsible for:
- Delivering one-on-one personal training sessions
- Conducting small group personal training sessions
- Attracting and retaining their own client base within the club
- Maintaining a visible and professional presence on the training floor
- Conducting complimentary introductory sessions with new members
- Managing personal business administration, bookings, and scheduling
- Promoting a safe, clean, and motivating training environment
Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Personal Trainer Jobs, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification (NQF Level 5 or higher)
- Business acumen and strong self-management skills
- Friendly and professional demeanour
- Strong communication skills
- Motivational ability to inspire clients
