Key Responsibilities
Access Control & Safety
- Manage electronic access and exit of all Club-V members
- Ensure all access cards are valid and updated
- Enforce the two consecutive hour rule
- Adhere strictly to emergency procedures
- Report incidents immediately to the Manager on Duty or Club-V Coordinator
Activity Planning & Engagement
- Follow the monthly activity roster and theme
- Plan and execute age-appropriate activities
- Conduct physical games confidently
- Support junior programme implementation
- Create interactive and educational play sessions
Operational Standards & Stock Control
- Maintain operational standards at all times
- Ensure the Club-V area remains controlled and organised
- Manage toys, arts and crafts supplies, books, games, and cleaning materials
- Use the relevant checklists in the Mntwana Box for stock control
