Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the YES Youth Opportunities, applicants should have:
- Be between 18 and 28 years old
- Grade 10 minimum qualification
- Matric is preferable
- Be available to work on a fixed-term 12-month contract
- Not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than one continuous year
- Not be studying full-time during the employment period (April 2026 – March 2027)
- Not have previously participated in or been registered on the YES Programme
- Be responsible for their own accommodation and transport where applicable
