Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Long Term Insurance Learnerships, applicants must have:
- South African citizenship
- Valid Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- English as a subject
- Mathematics, Mathematical Literacy, or Accounting
- Must be between 18 and 35 years old
- Currently unemployed
- Must not have completed any previous learnerships
- Must not be registered at another academic institution or studying
- Willingness to work from AVBOB offices
- Reliable transportation
- Computer literacy skills
- Access to a smartphone and/or laptop will be advantageous
