Key Responsibilities
- Dispose of seeds and items according to correct company procedures
- Operate the incinerator safely and correctly
- Document all discarded seeds and items
- Clean and scrub departments according to scheduled cleaning plans
- Clean and maintain the scrubber after every shift
- Assist colleagues with operational tasks when required
- Support stock counts and inventory checks as instructed by the Warehouse Supervisor
- Maintain clean, neat, and organised work areas
- Follow security procedures to protect products, company assets, and facilities
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards
