Minimum Requirements

Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service and create a positive shopping experience
- Assist customers with product purchases and provide advice where required
- Source assistance from horticultural staff when needed
- Help customers with trolley loading and guide them to till points
- Assist cashiers with correct product codes and pricing
- Load customer purchases into vehicles after payment
- Return trolleys to designated areas
- Promote specials and encourage additional sales
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant products
- Maintain assigned nursery areas in a clean and organised condition
- Ensure plants are healthy, attractive, and ready for sale
- Report poor-quality plants to the Nursery Sales Supervisor or Horticulturist
- Label plants correctly and place products in the correct sales areas
- Prepare areas for new stock deliveries
- Maintain attractive product displays
- Assist with annual stock takes
