Minimum Requirements
Applicants for the Pharmacy Stock Clerk Jobs should have:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Basic Stores and Stock Control Certificate (BSSC)
- 6 months to 1 year of stock management experience
- Previous experience in a similar inventory or stock control role

Key Duties And Responsibilities
Successful candidates for the Pharmacy Stock Clerk Jobs will:
- Reconcile physical stock against system records
- Replenish inventory across hospital departments
- Generate material requirement planning (MRP) reports
- Pick, pack, issue, and transfer stock as required
- Deliver and unpack inventory in designated storage locations
- Monitor expired, damaged, excess, and slow-moving stock
- Investigate stock discrepancies and report losses
- Manage stock shortages, purchase orders, and back-order items
- Assist with ordering, receiving, and storing hospital supplies
- Participate in routine stock counts and stock take activities
- Maintain cold chain requirements for refrigerated products
