- Encourage customers to return to the store.

Inventory
- Replenish footwear, apparel and accessories from the storeroom.
- Help minimise stock shrinkage by maintaining an organised store.
- Follow the Birkenstock changing-room policy.
- Ensure stock entries on the POS system are accurate.
- Process deliveries and check quantities against invoices.
- Tag, hang and price products correctly.
- Capture delivered products on the POS system.
- Process customer orders accurately.
Daily Store Operations
- Maintain daily store housekeeping.
- Dust and clean store areas and mirrors.
- Vacuum the store and empty bins.
- Keep counters and changing rooms tidy.
- Assist the store manager with opening and closing procedures.
Training & Development
- Take responsibility for personal training and development.
- Work with an allocated buddy during the initial training period.
- Attend quarterly training sessions.
- Complete required training assessments.
- Receive monthly feedback from the store manager.
- Arrange monthly progress meetings with the store manager.
- Complete the Birkenstock rookie pack and development requirements.
Merchandising
- Maintain product presentation according to Birkenstock standards.
- Ensure available sizes are replenished.
- Assist with changing window displays and mannequins.
- Help maintain attractive product presentation.
- Store POS materials safely to prevent damage.
