Media24: Entry level Administration Assistant

Duties would include:

  • Make up sales kits and order forms for presentation to the trade.
  • Filing and/or distribution of sales material.
  • Handling queries from customer services and customers.
  • Liaising with the UK/US to gather information to put sales kits together.
  • Creation of stocklists.
  • Assisting sales reps with queries.
  • Assistance in the creation of digital presentations.
  • Loading and maintenance of data on system.
  • General secretarial work.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate
  • Diploma / Degree will be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal, are essential.
  • A general knowledge of book and/or the South African booktrade will be an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills is a necessity.
  • A sound knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel & Powerpoint), Internet and e-mail is a necessity.
  • Design skills will be advantageous.
