Requirements

To be considered for the  Call Centre Learnerships, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent NQF Level 4
  • Matric completed between 2021 and 2025
  • Minimum 55% average in English and Maths or Maths Literacy
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Currently unemployed
