Requirements
These Contact Centre Learnerships are open to applicants who meet the following conditions:
- South African citizen aged 18 to 30
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics 40% or Mathematical Literacy 60%
- English and one other SA language 50%
- Currently unemployed
- Not registered at a college or university during the programme
- Available for the full duration of the learnership
- Able to travel daily to Centurion
- Must not have completed the same learnership before

- Complete work-based learning logbooks
- Prepare a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA
- Complete all assessments successfully
- Follow company rules, values, and policies
- Write and pass the required EISA examination
