Requirements
To qualify for this Customer Services Agent Jobs position, applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 certificate.
- 2–3 years’ experience in a call centre or client service environment (preferred).
- Exposure to the medical aid or health industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English, Afrikaans, and Nguni languages (spoken, written, and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
