  • Maintaining the asset register of the component

  • Maintaining leave, attendance, and personnel records
  • Arranging travel and accommodation
  • Providing financial administration support
  • Capturing and updating expenditure
  • Checking subsistence and travel claims for approval
  • Handling telephone accounts and petty cash
