Key Responsibilities
The Administrative Clerk Jobs will include:
- Rendering general clerical support services
- Recording, organising, storing, capturing, and retrieving correspondence and data
- Updating registers and statistics
- Handling routine enquiries
- Making photocopies and sending/receiving facsimiles
- Distributing documents/packages to stakeholders
- Maintaining filing systems for the component
- Typing letters and other correspondence
- Maintaining incoming and outgoing document register
- Providing supply chain clerical support services
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for procurement
- Obtaining quotations and completing procurement forms for standard office items
- Stock control of office stationery
- Maintaining the asset register of the component
- Providing personnel administration clerical support
- Maintaining leave, attendance, and personnel records
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Providing financial administration support
- Capturing and updating expenditure
- Checking subsistence and travel claims for approval
- Handling telephone accounts and petty cash
