The King’s College & Preparatory School Bryanston is looking to appoint a Foundation Phase Teaching Assistant who is able to teach isiZulu and Afrikaans. The individual needs to be innovative and passionate about teaching. The ideal candidate will be someone who is studying towards an educational qualification, with a proven track record of being able to engage successfully with learners.

Professional Qualifications and Personal Qualities:
The King’s College is looking for a candidate who:
- Is studying towards a teaching qualification and is provisionally registered with SACE.
- Has experience in a similar position.
- Must be proficient in speaking, reading and writing isiZulu and Afrikaans.
- Has a strong set of teaching skills.
- Has an aptitude for innovative teaching methodologies.
- Has strong communication skills, written, verbal, presentation and training.
- Has a collaborative, cooperative, and patient mind-set.
- Has a willingness to participate fully in the extra-curricular programme and all school activities.
- Aligns with the foundational values of the school’s Christian principles.
