Requirements
To qualify for these Level 2 Engineer Jobs, candidates must have:
- Strong experience designing, implementing, and optimizing hybrid cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Deep proficiency in VMware virtualization

- Design, deploy, and optimize hybrid cloud and virtualization environments
- Lead the evolution of client environments from reactive MSP models to proactive Managed Intelligent Provider (MIP) frameworks
- Implement and audit IT security and compliance frameworks (GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001, NIST)
- Utilize AI and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for workflow automation and predictive maintenance
- Manage AI-driven security tools for threat detection and incident response
- Oversee risk assessment, audits, and controls
