Media24: Entry level Administration Assistant

Duties would include:
- Make up sales kits and order forms for presentation to the trade.
- Filing and/or distribution of sales material.
- Handling queries from customer services and customers.
- Liaising with the UK/US to gather information to put sales kits together.
- Creation of stocklists.
- Assisting sales reps with queries.
- Assistance in the creation of digital presentations.
- Loading and maintenance of data on system.
- General secretarial work.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Diploma / Degree will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, written and verbal, are essential.
- A general knowledge of book and/or the South African booktrade will be an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and administrative skills is a necessity.
- A sound knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel & Powerpoint), Internet and e-mail is a necessity.
- Design skills will be advantageous.
