Requirements

Key Responsibilities
As part of the Shop Assistant Jobs, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Creating a welcoming, inspirational, and personalised experience for all customers
- Assisting customers with product selection and beauty advice
- Driving sales and turnover by actively promoting products
- Supporting the team in achieving store sales targets
- Ensuring visual merchandising standards are maintained at all times
- Keeping the sales floor clean, neat, tidy, and fully stocked
- Monitoring stock levels and assisting with stock control
- Managing stock losses and shrinkage effectively
- Ensuring all products are correctly priced with accurate signage
- Assisting with stock take and cycle counts
- Reporting stock variances and shortages to the Area Manager
- Following point-of-sale and banking procedures correctly
- Adhering to all store operations policies and procedures
- Supporting the execution of daily operational activities within the store
