These learnerships provide the opportunity to gain practical experience in the short-term insurance industry while receiving a FETC: Short-Term Insurance, NQF level 4 qualification. The Short-Term Insurance Learnerships run from 26 March 2026 to 31 March 2027 and are designed for motivated individuals eager to develop their skills and begin a career in insurance.

Requirements
- Aged between 18 and 25 years (including turning 25 in 2025) – attach ID
- Able to speak, read and write English
- Passed Matric (50% or above for English, Maths beneficial) – attach certificate or preliminary results
- Computer literate
- Currently unemployed / no prior work experience
- Not studying elsewhere or holding post-Matric qualifications
- Genuine interest in pursuing a career in Short-term Insurance
- Clear criminal and credit record
