Key Responsibilities

    • Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
    • Present and promote Telkom’s services, including fibre, mobile plans, and internet packages.

 

 

  • Identify customer needs and tailor recommendations to fit them.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide technical information.
  • Keep up to date with Telkom products, promotions, and competitors’ offerings.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns and attend team meetings to strategize for sales growth.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification (minimum).
  • Sales experience in telecommunications or retail will be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
