Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate with Maths or Maths Literacy (pass 40%)
  • Two South African Languages passed at 40%
  • Must be a South African citizen and Employment Equity candidate
  • Age between 18–35 years
  • Must not be enrolled in any formal full-time studies
  • Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment
  • Must not have previously completed the same NQF Level 3 learnership elsewhere
  • Valid doctor’s note confirming disability (with practice number and stamp)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, results-driven, and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work in flexible and pressurized environments
  • No criminal record or negative credit record

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete the NQF Level 3 Business Administration Unemployed Learnerships Programme
  • Provide administrative support throughout the year, including peak business periods and staff leave
  • Participate in a structured integrated learning programme combining theoretical training and on-the-job learning
  • Assist HR teams with day-to-day tasks to gain practical workplace experience
  • Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient working environment
