- Determine stock to be merchandised
- Draw stock requirements
- Check product quality, vintage dates, stock rotation, and price tags
- Execute merchandising activities according to the merchandising cycle
- Record merchandising activities accurately
- Report customer complaints, requests, and queries
- Maintain product and promotional knowledge
- Execute merchandising calls according to the call cycle
- Advise the Regional Sales Manager (RSM) on out-of-stock products
- Support merchandising and retail operations
