Minimum Requirements

  • Rebook deliveries and resolve short delivery issues
  • Liaise with depot staff regarding deliveries and stock shortages
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and service issues
  • Assist customer representatives with store-related queries
  • Maintain organised records and filing systems
  • Support team objectives and uphold company values
  • Participate in performance management and continuous development initiatives
