Key Responsibilities

UIF Screening & Applications

  • Provide screening services for UIF clients
  • Process UIF benefit applications
  • Register payment continuation forms

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties
  • Maintain accurate UIF records and documentation
  • Support Labour Centre operations

Client Service Delivery

  • Assist clients professionally in UIF-related queries
  • Apply Batho Pele principles in service delivery
  • Ensure ethical and respectful communication

Compliance & Systems

  • Apply UIF Act, UI Contributions Act, and PFMA regulations
  • Follow POPIA and Treasury Regulations
  • Use departmental policies and operational systems correctly
