Key Responsibilities
- Meet hourly production targets
- Manufacture Flexitanks according to quality specifications
- Report material defects to Quality Control and supervisors
- Complete cutting and production sheets accurately
- Conduct visual inspections of materials and finished products
- Verify tank numbers against production job sheets
- Maintain housekeeping within the production department
- Report machinery faults and safety hazards
- Update production records and job sheets
- Perform cutting, trimming, wedge welding, gland welding, sleeving, and folding processes
- Ensure compliance with ISO9001, FSSC22000, OHSAS 18001, and ISO14001 standards
- Support company objectives through safe and efficient production practices
