Key Responsibilities
- Capture and process production and stock movements using Oracle systems
- Record stock transactions accurately and on time
- Reconcile stock against shift reports
- Conduct daily stock counts and reconciliations
- Investigate stock discrepancies and report variances
- Provide stock and production information to supervisors
- Prepare, label, and stretch-wrap pallets
- Ensure pallets meet compliance and traceability requirements
- Receive, stage, move, and dispatch stock
- Complete production and stock documentation accurately
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Assist with stock audits and inventory investigations
- Support production teams with general operational duties
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
- Perform additional duties assigned by management
