- Escalating operational delays to relevant managers.
- Monitoring planned versus actual kilometres.
- Monitoring planned versus actual hours and driving time.
- Monitoring vehicle standing time.
- Checking route sequence compliance.
- Monitoring vehicle-to-route assignments.
- Assisting with route allocation handovers.
- Handing over open calls and queries to the next shift.
- Checking DRM reports for driver debriefing.
- Identifying and escalating incorrect geo-fencing.
- Monitoring inactive routes.
