- Matric / Grade 12 – Essential.
- Approximately 3 years of warehouse experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Resolve stock issues to ensure checking is completed.
- Release shipments to support continuity of material handling equipment.
- Ensure material handling equipment KPIs are achieved.
- Ensure orders are picked to completion.
- Complete pick variance reports.
- Communicate with companies and internal departments to ensure KPIs are met.
- Sign off pallet documentation and record the number of pallets received.
- Report issues and problems to relevant Supervisors and Controllers.
- Record daily vehicles received and dispatched on the Vehicle Register.
- Reconcile consignment stock quantities against checker blind tallies.
- Carry out recounts where discrepancies are identified.
- Sign relevant consignment documentation, including delivery notes, CHEP documents and security seal documents.
- Ensure the correct pallet licence labels are applied to the correct pallets of stock received.
- Ensure stock discrepancies are investigated and counter-signed by the driver.
- Investigate and correct receiving discrepancies and exception reports.
- Close out and release shipments within agreed timeframes.
- Help ensure zero damage to incoming loads.
- Participate in stocktake planning, preparation and physical counting.
- Adhere to unit SHE rules and best practices.
- Ensure product safety, quality and integrity are maintained.
- Report behaviour that may affect the safety, quality or integrity of stored products.
