Minimum Requirements

- Generate and follow up on leads from various sources
- Conduct needs analyses to recommend suitable membership options
- Schedule appointments using centrally generated leads
- Convert enquiries into successful sales opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing members
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and efficient manner
- Address customer concerns and complaints appropriately
- Complete administrative duties linked to sales activities
- Accurately update and manage prospective member information
- Ensure compliance with company systems, procedures, and processes
- Support digital communication platforms, including live chat and social media interactions when required
- Attend meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge programmes
- Stay informed about current promotions, campaigns, and club initiatives
