Minimum Requirements

  • Accurately update and manage prospective member information
  • Ensure compliance with company systems, procedures, and processes
  • Support digital communication platforms, including live chat and social media interactions when required
  • Attend meetings, training sessions, and product knowledge programmes
  • Stay informed about current promotions, campaigns, and club initiatives
