Minimum Requirements

  • High School or Secondary Education.
  • An Associate or University Degree is preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Industry experience will be advantageous.
  • Good English language skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the sales order process from receipt through to shipment for assigned customers and affiliates.
  • Provide support to customers and affiliates to ensure their order requirements are met.
  • Communicate daily with customers, operations and sales teams.
  • Ensure Coca-Cola order and sample processes are followed.
  • Interpret and analyse client schedules and prioritise orders.
  • Resolve customer issues and handle complaints internally and externally.
  • Confirm pricing and inventory availability.
  • Provide customers with shipment date information.
  • Arrange transportation with freight forwarders or the shipping team.
  • Assist with international orders, including inspection and shipping documentation where required.
  • Prepare invoices, debit notes and credit notes.
  • Process notifications and customer returns.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure orders are dispatched and delivered on time.
  • Manage customer expectations throughout the order process.
  • Coordinate with planning teams regarding demand planning and stock positions.
  • Update and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Maintain customer-specific information, contracts, labelling, packaging and stock requirements.
  • Provide support and coverage for accounts handled by other team members when required.
  • Select appropriate communication methods based on the urgency and nature of an issue.
  • Assist with diffusing difficult customer situations and finding suitable resolutions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer care processes.
