Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Customer Service Centre Learnerships, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification
- Matric completed between 2021 and 2025
- A minimum average of 55% for English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy
- Advanced computer literacy
- Be currently unemployed
- Must not have participated in any learnership programme previously
