Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Early Careers Programmes at Vodacom, applicants should have:
- Completed or be completing an undergraduate degree or equivalent by the end of 2026
- Minimum 65% aggregate for completed or most recent academic results
- Less than 2 years of corporate or formal work experience after completing studies
- Minimum B-degree qualification such as BCom, BSc or BTech at NQF Level 7
- South African citizenship or permanent residency for the Discover Graduate Programme
- South African citizenship by birth for the Internship Programme
National Diploma Consideration
A 3-year National Diploma at NQF Level 6 will only be considered in the following fields:
