Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • N6 in Catering and Hospitality Management from a TVET college
  • Computer literacy

  • Ability to use cleaning materials and equipment safely

Key Duties:

  • Prepare food for normal and therapeutic diets
  • Serve meals according to ward diet lists
  • Deliver food to wards using meal carts
  • Wash dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment
  • Clean food service areas and workstations
  • Support hygiene and food safety standards
  • Report faults, breakages and issues in the Food Service Unit

2. Infrastructure EPWP General Worker
