Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the SETA Administrator Learnerships, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Essential)
- National Diploma, Certificate, or equivalent qualification in:
- Business Administration
- Office Administration
- Human Resources
- Business Management
- Public Administration
- Information Management
- Or a related field
- Recent graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
- Administration, Data Capturing, Record Management, Quality Management Systems (QMS), or Compliance Administration training will be advantageous
- No previous SETA or accreditation experience required
- Previous administrative, customer service, or data capturing experience will be advantageous
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams will be beneficial

Key Responsibilities
- Capture and maintain learner information on company systems
- Process learner registrations, achievements, and completions
- Verify learner information and supporting documentation
- Maintain learner files and records
- Assist with learner certificates and statements of results
- Prepare documentation for audits, verifications, and accreditation
- Maintain learner Portfolios of Evidence (POEs)
- Update tracking registers and reporting spreadsheets
- Compile routine administrative reports
- Respond to learner and stakeholder queries
- Support branches with accreditation-related administration
- Perform general office administration duties
- Maintain confidentiality of learner and company information
- Participate in training and development programmes
