Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of one year’s experience in a retail environment
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or fragrance retail will be advantageous
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is beneficial
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and email
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours according to business requirements
- Willingness to stand for extended periods during shifts

Key Duties And Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Delivering friendly and personalised customer service
- Assisting the store in achieving sales and operational targets
- Promoting loyalty memberships, promotions, and special offers
- Increasing sales through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Replenishing shelves and following proper stock rotation procedures
- Assisting with stock takes and cycle counts
- Maintaining clean, organised, and attractive product displays
- Performing product demonstrations and makeovers where required
- Operating the Point of Sale system and following cash handling procedures
- Supporting in-store marketing campaigns and promotional activities
- Participating in training sessions and applying product knowledge
- Assisting with the onboarding and support of new employees
- Following company policies, procedures, and operational standards
