Key Responsibilities
- Handle, pick, pack, and issue stock accurately
- Participate in stock counts and inventory control activities
- Process stock returns, transfers, and AppleCare-related movements
- Maintain accurate stock records and documentation
- Receive and process inbound shipments
- Allocate, transfer, and bin warehouse stock
- Process faulty returns, commercial invoices, GSX uploads, and RTVs
- Ensure compliance with stock control, safety, OHASA, and DGR requirements
- Work closely with Sales, Service, and Purchasing teams
- Respond professionally to operational queries and support efficient warehouse operations
