Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Wholesale & Retail Distribution Learnerships, applicants should have:
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- Clear criminal record
- Reside within 15km of the selected workplace
- South African citizenship
- Be between 18 and 33 years old
- Basic computer literacy
- Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite
- Ability to use databases and spreadsheets
- Must not have previously participated in a Wholesale and Retail SETA Learnership
- Must not be currently enrolled in another learnership or training programme
- Must be willing to commit to a 12-month learnership programme

- Build and stack pallets correctly
- Conduct quality inspections on stock
- Count and record leftover stock accurately

- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Support warehouse and distribution operations
- Assist with stock control activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment
