Responsibilities
Messenger and Driver Duties
- Maintain an effective and efficient messenger service
- Deliver and collect documents in and around the DDPP office
- Deliver and collect mail from the post office
Mail and Registry Functions
- Open and register parcels and mail
- Collect, record, and distribute correspondence
- Use the approved file plan for the off
