Minimum Requirements
To qualify for Wellness Assistant Jobs at Clicks, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Matric with 50% Pure Mathematics / 50% Mathematical Literacy.

- At least 1 year of related experience.

- Driving healthcare sales in line with targets.
- Promoting a broad range of brands through cross-selling and upselling.
- Increasing profitability through effective sales activities.
- Ensuring stock availability in healthcare aisles.
- Following stock management principles and procedures.
- Preventing wastage by adhering to stock rotation principles.
- Preventing stock losses by following risk management policies and procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the store.
- Assisting with product merchandising according to Clicks merchandising guidelines.
- Following all store standard operating procedures.
- Developing product knowledge and personal skills to ensure continuity of service.
- Sharing relevant product information with relief staff.
