- Preparing the till and workstation before the start of each shift
- Following company standard operating procedures (SOPs) at all times
- Ensuring that goods are correctly priced and displayed at POS
- Managing returned goods and reporting issues to store management
- Supporting the implementation of sales promotions at POS
- Participating in stock takes and stock counts
- Minimising stock loss and preventing shrinkage
- Maintaining merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Protecting company assets in your area of responsibility
- Helping to maximise sales and reduce unnecessary expenses
