Key Duties and Responsibilities
Successful learners will:
- Attend and complete all online learning modules and assessments
- Participate fully in practical in-store training
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist customers with enquiries and purchases
- Support merchandising and maintain attractive product displays
- Replenish stock and maintain shelf availability
- Assist with inventory and stock handling activities
- Learn and support Point of Sale (POS) processes
- Follow company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards
- Work collaboratively with the store team
- Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and a positive attitude throughout the programme
