Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Onboard new store associates by exporting employee data from workflow systems to Oracle.
  • Capture and process payroll-related information accurately and within payroll deadlines.
  • Maintain payroll Masterfile records and conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain payroll-related reports.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of payroll data within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Respond to telephonic payroll queries from associates.
  • Provide timely and accurate resolutions to payroll-related queries.
  • Liaise with stores and associates to clarify payroll information and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist with payroll administration and related processes.
  • Follow company payroll policies, procedures and deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll documentation.
  • Support the Payroll team with general administrative duties when required.
