Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Smelter Learnerships, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be between 18 and 35 years old.
- Have successfully completed Grade 12.
- Be currently unemployed.
- Reside within the Saldanha Bay Municipal area.
- Have no criminal record.
- Have not previously participated in a funded learnership programme.
- Have little or no formal work experience.
- Have Mathematics and Physical Science, which will be advantageous.
