Minimum Requirements

Candidates for the Team Leader Jobs should meet the following requirements:

  • Supply chain or related studies will be advantageous.
  • 2–3 years of practical supply chain experience.

  • Analysing equipment control and replenishment trends.
  • Providing KPIs and operational recommendations to management.
  • Allocating operational tasks and following up on completion.
  • Conducting floor-walks to monitor operational performance and compliance.
  • Reviewing compliance documentation.
  • Identifying staff training and development needs.
  • Escalating operational risks and non-compliance.
  • Ensuring employees follow company policies and safety legislation.
  • Supporting talent management and positive employee relations.
  • Promoting continuous improvement and operational excellence.
